All warranty claims are to handled directly through the manufacturer, however we will assist you with handling your claim. Preferred Customs disclaims all liability caused by use of our products/upgrades. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that parts/upgrades used on their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of our products/upgrades. We are not responsible for any liability or losses which may occur. All products carry manufacturer’s warranty only. All APR, AWE & Burger tuning software/hardware and performance upgrades require your vehicle to be performing at optimal condition. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with any aftermarket vehicle upgrade. Preferred Customs is not responsible for failure of any vehicle component due to use of any aftermarket vehicle upgrade. Buyer acknowledges that any APR, AWE & Burger tuning software/hardware program or performance upgrade/part may void the vehicle’s manufacturers warranty.
All prices are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling unless otherwise noted. Florida residents are subject to state sales tax of 7%.
Preferred Customs accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Certified Check, Money Order, Western Union, Paypal and Personal Checks. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped. Most special order items require 50% of total payment before the item will be ordered. Personal Checks are subject to a 7 business day holding period & International checks are subject to a 15 business day holding period. Due to increased credit card fraud, Preferred Customs LLC will accept ONLY cards that utilize the Address Verification System. The issue bank must participate in the Address Verification System. Orders that are submitted on cards that do not support AVS will not be fulfilled until other payment arrangements have been made. If you have questions about your card’s qualifications, contact the issuing bank. The billing address, as filled out on our form, must match the address as it appears on your credit card statement, or as it appears on file with the credit card company.
Most goods will be shipped by UPS, unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer’s request. COD is not accepted at this time. Preferred Customs delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify Preferred Customs and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Preferred Customs before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.
Return / Cancellation Policy
Returns accepted on in-the-box, new items only. Once an item is installed onto a vehicle, it is considered used and not eligible for returns. Purchaser is responsible for verifying the details and specifications of items prior to purchase and installation, including but not limited to the terms and conditions, return policy, usage policy, disclaimer, etc of the manufacturer for the purchased item(s). No returns on mounted wheels/tires, installed items, special order items, or forged wheels.
Upon submitting orders/payments to Preferred Customs, your order becomes a legally binding agreement to accept and submit payment goods/services ordered in that contract. Purchaser is responsible for verifying the details and specifications of items prior to purchase and installation, including but not limited to the terms and conditions, return policy, usage policy, disclaimer, etc of the manufacturer for the purchased item(s). There will be absolutely no returns on used equipment and/or mounted/balanced wheels. All sales are final, customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes on credit card payments The customer is liable for all shipping charges when sending products back for warranty or returns. All damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours receipt of products. All orders are shipped fully-insured. Please contact the shipping company in the event of damaged or lost items. Preferred Customs is not responsible for any shipping damages or losses.
Paypal / Online Payments
This service is free to use and is 100% covered by Paypal’s Purchase Protection Program. A Paypal account is not required. A Paypal invoice for you order will be emailed to you. Simply click on the secured Paypal link and either login to your Paypal account or select to pay with your debit or credit card by clicking “Don’t have a Paypal account” or “Payment by other method”. Once received, we will send you a payment confirmation and sales receipt for your order along with instructions for local pickup or tracking information by UPS or Concordia.
